Open The Baux After you have those programs downloaded, & install them. You dont need torbutton - FireFox plugin and you dont really need pivproxy though I have it installed, it's more for hiding your identity when using the http protocall (normal web surfing).

Open up Vidalia, which should also start up Tor along with it. Now open up proxy firewall. Since this is the first time running this program it may ask you what you want to do with programs such as Internet Explorere, ect. I'd allow any kinda system processes. When it does ask you what you want to do with the connection you will have three options (for the blind)

   * Allow (no proxy)
   * Block All Connections
   * Use Proxy Server

Setup Proxy Settings for Proxy Firewall Get the program window up for Proxy Firewall (it can be found in the system tray (lower right) along with Tor) Goto the open proxies tab, and hit "Add Proxy". IP Address: 127.0.0.1 (or localhost; same thing, both are local loop back, and localhost actually points to 127.0.0.1) Port: 9050 You can choose Sock5 if you'd like or probably even Sock4 Then hit "Add To List" If you have a site that lets you save a big list of proxies you can also import them, but then you wouldn't need tor. Anywho after that hit Okay.

How To Use This... If you want the program to have access to the internet click allow, and if you want it to have absolutely no access to the internet block it. But if you want the program to use a proxy then choose the proxy setting. If using redvex use "allow" on Diablo 2 and proxy on Redvex If you are just using / testing Diablo 2 w/o redvex then use a proxy on it.

When you want to run the connection through the proxy click the "Click here to select a proxy server..." In the tree view open up +Open Proxies +SOCKS Proxies --127.0.0.1:9050 <-- Select that one, might be called localhost depending on how you entered it.

Now you should be running behind a proxy. If you'd like to make sure tor is working you can goto one of these links https://check.torproject.org/ http://whatismyip.com/

If you pay for a proxy you should be able to add it to Proxy Firewall

You can also leave a post on this topic. I have this topic posted and am willing to take any of your problems and make them my own. Rule number one, do not ask any of the mods or admins for help if they want to help you they can, but this forum is dedicated to helping and supporting AO bot and not this Software. This topic is here as an extra for the community of this site. Please do not post in any other topic areas of this site if it has anything to do with this Software, violators will be towed, and possibly thrown in jail, not even joking...

I guess this means I wont be able to sleep; since this is humanly impossible, realize that I might be sleeping and you could be on the other side of the world. That means that a reply from me might take 6-8 hours, if you message me while I'm sleeping. I live in USA on the West Coast (-8 time zone) My sleeping hours are any where between 12 or 6 AM - 8 or 2-3 in the Afternoon.

Posting and talking to me about this will allow this topic to get roughed out, and allow me to added extra things that will later on help others. Even if you have a success which was once an issue, just post or tell me so that I can be aware of it.
